How does the 30-day trial work?
A demonstration with setup tailored to your activity, so you can evaluate how BookSys will work in your daily life.
You fill in the demo request details.
Name, email, and type of activity are required. You can add a website and preferred subscription, but it is not mandatory. Choosing a plan is not an order.
We set up the system for your activity.
The BookSys team prepares the demonstration with appropriate services, durations, specialists, and capacity. After the setup, you receive access credentials at the provided email address.
You test for 30 days and decide.
Test the schedule, online booking, and reservation management. After the test, you choose whether to continue with a paid plan. The request does not automatically activate a subscription, and additional modules are determined separately.
You can review and edit your details before sending. After your request, we will contact you to set up the trial.

Are email confirmations and reminders included?
Yes. Confirmations upon booking and cancellation, and an email reminder 2 hours before the appointment are included. Viber messages are added as a paid module.
Is migration included?
For new clients, data transfer is free of charge. The scope is determined according to the system you are using.
Can I use my own subdomain?
A custom subdomain is included in the base package. Removing the booksys.bg logo and text is a separate paid module.
Are online payments and memberships included?
No. Online payments, memberships, and packages are added as a paid module. Separate fees from the payment processor may also apply.
How is the price of additional modules determined?
Each module is determined separately according to the selected features and business needs. It is not activated automatically.
